The closest off-campus housing to Texas Christian
University! Village East is an apartment community
made for TCU students. We offer a wide variety of floor plans
ranging from studio apartments to five-bedroom duplexes, all
minutes from East Campus. Our units are fully furnished and
assigned parking is included. We lease by the bed with
individual, hassle-free leases.
Construction is underway at our newest building, 2750 W. Cantey Street! Brand new studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom units are ready to lease for fall of 2026.
